  • Cutting Machines – High speed cutting machines for close cutting with minimal wastage.
  • 1 Ton & 2 Ton capacity pneumatic power hammers.
  • One two station 1500 Ton hydraulic press and one 500 T press for cold compression & hot forging operations.
  • Oil fired furnaces for pre heating of Steel up to 1200 C and electrically operated furnaces for preheating of Aluminium.

Heat Treatment

  • In-house facility for heat treatment of both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys with third party calibration as per national & international standards.
  • Drop bottom quenching furnace facility with quench delay of less than 10 seconds for heat treatment of Aluminium alloy forgings to achieve specified metallurgical properties.
